As STR property managers in Connecticut & Rhode Island, our adventure into hosting short and mid-term stays started years earlier when our daughter was in high school and we hosted international student for cultural exchange. When she graduated and left home in the Spring of 2022, we no longer hosted high school students, and things became very quiet in our home. After a vacation to Ireland where we experienced three different Airbnb experiences as guests in other people's homes, we decided to welcome travelers ourselves! It was a great decision that led to a wonderful adventure!

We’ve met so many amazing folks from all over, and each day has brought us new and unique experiences. Chatting with people from different backgrounds has taught us a ton about life’s diversity, and it’s been eye-opening!

Guests who book a stay with us in our Griswold bed and breakfast will enjoy David’s freshly brewed coffee. Imagine waking up in a cozy guest room with the comforting scent of coffee beans permeating the air. The morning light softly filters through the windows, casting a warm glow on the quaint furnishings and inviting atmosphere. As you stretch and rise from the comfortable bed, the aroma of brewing coffee fills the space, instantly awakening your senses and promising a delightful start to the day.

We aim to create a memorable and comforting experience that feels like staying with good friends or family- a welcoming retreat away from home.

STR property management and serving as an Airbnb co-host aren’t just hobbies for us; they’re a real passion. We’ve had our fair share of Airbnb adventures as guests ourselves, too. We borrowed ideas from the aspects we enjoyed most while being hosted by others and incorporated some of those great features into our guest rooms.

That’s why we set up our Willimantic apartment in Windham, Connecticut. As our second home with rooms for rent in a shared environment, it was a labor of love. It’s a cozy spot for remote workers, grad students, and traveling nurses who need a home away from home near Windham Hospital.

Guests’ comfort means a lot to us! We thrive on their feedback because it helps us ensure that each stay is top-notch. If anything comes up, we respond to every message or call promptly. We’re here to make things awesome, just like family or good friends would do for you.
