This questionnaire helps Short Term Stay Pros understand your property, goals, timeline, and preparation needs before scheduling an in-person visit. The ideal time to contact us is when your property is past the major renovation stage and reasonably close to guest-ready.

✓ The property is generally clean, decluttered, functional, and approaching guest-ready condition.
✓ You have funds available now for remaining repairs, furnishings, safety items, cleaning, supplies, and photography.
✓ All owners and decision-makers are aligned and available to approve necessary work.
✓ You have confirmed—or are actively confirming—rental permissions and appropriate insurance.
✓ You can provide current photos or video showing the property as it exists today, including unfinished or problem areas.
✓ You are willing to adjust your launch timeline if additional preparation is needed.
